The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles manages elections for many different types of organizations:

• Neighborhood Councils
• Nonprofit Organizations

All elections must have integrity, impartiality, and equality. The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles can help your organization hold an effective and inclusive election.

LWVLA has organized and overseen a myriad of elections throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Each organization has its own unique needs. LWVLA has the experience and the knowledge to ensure a comprehensive and fair election. Election management services include

Planning:

• Bylaw review
• Election procedures and scheduling
• Phone and email contact for advice and assistance
• Meetings with committees and boards

Organization of Candidate or Issue Forums:

• Setting procedures and timelines
• Moderating the forum

Running the Election:

• Monitoring registration and voting
• Monitoring election day procedures
• Counting ballots and announce results
• Certifying election results

The League and its volunteers travel throughout the City for meetings, candidate forums, and elections.
